I believe in honouring and fostering all aspects of the individual including mind, body and spirit in order to make healthier, stronger, calmer and happier beings. My approach to health, wellness and nutrition is simple: keep things achievable, sustainable and practical to build a solid foundation that can then be fine-tuned for optimal health. We can move as fast or as slow as you are willing to go. The choice is yours! I will work with you to find solutions to better your health that fit in with you and your everyday life.
Whilst I am skilled at treating a wide range of conditions and do so regularly, I hold a particular interest in Children’s Health, as well as Stress, Anxiety & other Mental Health Conditions. As a mother of two young girls, I am well versed in the weird and wonderful conditions children can come into contact with, as well as other more chronic paediatric conditions. And as a wife and busy woman, I am well aware of the stress and anxiety that can build up to take control of our lives if we let it.
My qualifications include an Advance Diploma in Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine, a Master of Arts in Communications Management, Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a qualified yoga teacher.
In addition to these qualifications, I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend seminars and webinars to keep up to date with emerging research within complementary medicine.
